To complete a factory reset on the RR10 POCKET Radio, side the Lock mode to on and then press and hole the scroll wheel for approx. 4 sec’s then you will set 2 options scroll to the second option “Factory Reset” and press the scroll wheel to start the reset. Remember to slide the lock switch off afterwards.
